DEPOSITS
Package plans require a deposit of 50% at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival, at which time payments become non-refundable.

CANCELLATION
Except within 30 days prior to arrival (see Deposits) deposits on packages are refundable upon 30 days written notice of cancellation prior to scheduled arrival date to The Meridian Club by fax to 649 941 7010 or e-mail to reservations@meridianclub.com. However, we will charge a 4% service fee in that event. We cannot issue refunds or credits if your arrival is delayed or prevented because of travel delays or other difficulties beyond our control. We strongly advise that you obtain travel insurance.

TRANSFERS BETWEEN PROVO and PINE CAY
Boat transportation between Provo and Pine Cay is included, along with taxi service from and to the Provo Airport. Upon special request, air transfers by a local air carrier may be arranged at your own expense and risk. Click here for travel details.

SETTLEMENT OF ACCOUNTS
Accounts must be settled prior to departure. CASH, TRAVELER's CHECKS or PERSONAL Checks are our preferred method of payment.

Visa, Master Card and American Express are also accepted, however unfortunately our local bank is now charging multiple additional processing fees for credit card transactions. We regret that we must add a 3% surcharge if you choose to pay by Master Card, Visa or American Express. This will cover approximately half of the fees being charged to us by the bank.

TAXES and GRATUITIES
There is an 11% government tax added to rates and beverage purchases and a 10% service charge added to guest accounts.
